A new bar in Geneva : La Petite Reine

Finally! After 1 year of hard work and construction, the bar La Petite Reine opens today! Nour, Djul and Valette, 3 friends of mine, are the owners of this new spot. La Petite Reine is located at the crossroads of Place de Montbrillant and Rue Cité-de-la-Corderie, 1201 Geneva (behind Cornavin, Geneva's train station, in the neighborhood of Les Grottes).

So if you're in Geneva, be sure to have some drinks there!

La Route de Ferney (RDF) is a nice house in Geneva (Switzerland). It's also the headquarter of my group of friends, friends I know for more than 10 years. Unfortunately, la RDF will be destroyed in a couple of weeks and we wanted to pay homage to the house and the great moments we shared altogether. That's why we did this short film. It was also a way to promote a month of festivities at la RDF.

Last Saturday, la RDF had its latest party. The spot disappears but the spirit will live on. I really hope so...

Killa Sha died on January 18, 2010. He was one of my favorite rapper and also the person who convinced me to draw again after my 6 years off. I'll always be thankful for what Sha did for me... Here's an artwork I did for his first year death anniversary.

"In The Making": artwork for Shade Sheist (1)

I'm actually working with Westcoast rapper Shade Sheist who asked me to draw his new single cover. The song's called "Queen" and it features Latoiya Williams (formerly of Snoop Dogg's Doggy Style Records) on the hook and French producer Sovan on the beat.

I did send a first ugly sketch to Sheist to give him an idea. It's kinda awful, I felt like I was 4 years old ^^... I think Sheist was scared when he saw that! But he was very polite in telling me that it was "almost what [he] had in [his] mind".

And here's the final rough of the setting. I'll continue the art a bit on the left and add the word "Queen" in the middle of the structure.

Time to put some ink and colours too! And after that, I'll draw Sheist on top of this strange "Queen" monument. Please stay tuned!

Franky Morales f/ Black Dada - "I Made It" (Video Clip)

Rollerblading maestro Franky Morales been rapping for quite some times. He recently dropped this video "I Made It" featuring Black Dada on the hook. I've been really surprised by Franky's flow and voice, his rap style reminds me a bit of Plies. Good to see a good rollerblader who can really rock the mic. And good looking for the Remz promotion, Kato must be happy!


Oh, I just remembered that former rollerblader Andy Kidoo was tryinna rap as well. But it was kinda wack (that "Me and my Mic" thing)!... I know Dre Powell raps as well, but I do prefer Franky joint ;).

I ain't ashamed to say it: I'm a very big fan of Sailor Moon! I'm watching Sailor Moon S right now, and I do remember I was in love with characters such as Sailor Jupiter (Makoto Hino), Sailor Venus (Minako Aino), Sailor Mars (Rei Hino), Sailor Uranus (Haruka Tenoh) and Sailor Neptune (Michiru Kaioh)!... And it's still the case ;).

That's why I decided to start a serie of sexy Sailor Moon artworks. Here's "The Hidden Face Of Jupiter", but it's the clean version... Who said "hentai"?...

Today is a new day...


Yeah, why do I always start my text with stupid words? Well, maybe because that's how I am... Anyway, I'd like to welcome you to my brand new blog. I already had 3 or 4 different blogs before (including the infamous Holla Back), but this one's gonna be a lil' bit different since it will be about my artworks and my different influences. It's also gon' be the occasion for me to show you some of my artworks "in the making" !
